Manage the full contract lifecycle, including intake, review, negotiation, approvals, execution, renewals, amendments, and expiration. Maintain contract systems and records, monitor compliance and obligations, coordinate vendor negotiations and RFP/RFI processes, identify risks and savings opportunities, develop procedures, support audits, and train stakeholders. Partner with leaders, vendors, legal counsel, and internal teams to protect organizational interests and align contracts with operational and financial goals.

Creates and manages print, digital, social media, website, email, signage, presentation, video, animation, and multimedia content supporting hospital marketing and community outreach. Maintains brand consistency, collaborates with internal departments, supports website and intranet updates, and contributes to events, recruitment initiatives, and organizational campaigns. Requires advanced Adobe Creative Cloud expertise, web design and content management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
