Provide strategic and operational leadership for a multi-specialty clinic. Oversee staffing, scheduling, budgets, regulatory compliance, performance improvement, employee development, and stakeholder partnerships to ensure efficient operations and high-quality patient care.

Partner with HR leadership and managers to advise on employee relations, conduct workplace investigations, manage corrective actions, ensure employment law compliance, develop HR programs and training (including LVI assessments), support HR operations (records, reporting, student placements), collaborate with Compliance and legal on complex issues, and promote employee engagement through stay/exit interviews and policy administration.
