The Commercial Lending Servicing Representative is responsible for supporting commercial lending operations through daily account reconciliations, transaction processing, financial reporting, and general ledger support activities. Key responsibilities include reconciling multiple bank accounts, preparing and processing intercompany fund transfers, creating journal entries to address balancing, reclassification, fee, and exception items, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. The role researches and resolves operational discrepancies, supports legal entity balancing activities, prepares recurring management reports, and partners with internal stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency, financial integrity, and compliance with established policies and procedures.
In this role, you will:
  • Support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding loan servicing needs
  • Monitor loan system and resolve customer issues, and process complex transactions online
  • Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational and customer support tasks
  • Receive direction from supervisors, and escalate non-routine customer concerns to experienced individuals
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal customers
  • Receive direction from leaders
  • Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of Commercial Loan Servicing support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Good analytical/research/trouble-shooting skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) experience
  • Exposure to asset-based lending/factoring; Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processing
  • Invoicing, purchase orders
  • Sound organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-drive, team environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel; Ability to quickly learn new systems
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule, at least 3 days a week working in office - location: 401 Las Colinas Blvd W Bldg A, IRVING, TX 75039
  • Ability to work additional hours based on business need
