JOB SUMMARY

The Clinical Development Project Manager is accountable for project execution from initiation through implementation and closeout, driving alignment, managing dependencies and risks, and facilitating timely decisions. The Project Manager partners with internal clinical operation and development teams, external cross-functional groups, clinical investigators, healthcare institutions, and strategic partners to deliver agreed-upon outcomes and support transition to operational ownership. Clinical Development leadership and designated scientific, medical, and functional owners retain responsibility for strategy, scientific and clinical decisions, and required approvals.

The ideal candidate is proactive, scientifically literate, results-oriented, and comfortable leading multiple concurrent workstreams in a matrixed environment. Success requires sound judgment, structured problem solving, effective stakeholder communication, and the ability to influence without direct authority while balancing timelines, quality, scope, and available resources.

  • Translate complex analytical and computational requirements into clear, executable project deliverables that support scalable and compliant genomic analysis and reporting.
  • Monitor and analyze project performance metrics (timeline adherence, risk trends, validation readiness) to support leadership decision‑making and continuous improvement.
  • Report project status, risks, and outcomes to program leadership through clear, data‑driven updates and summaries.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, quality, and data‑governance standards by supporting documentation, audits, and validation activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support team and organizational objectives and evolving program needs.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple technically complex projects simultaneously.
  • Extensive experience managing cross‑functional teams, including bioinformatics scientists, software engineers, analysts, and clinical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience working with data pipelines, analytical workflows, or laboratory informatics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of technical dependencies, system integrations, and validation considerations in regulated environments.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Effective interpersonal, negotiation, and technical meeting facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams through ambiguity, evolving technical requirements, and data‑driven decision‑making.

  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and process rigor.
