Review medical records, bills, correspondence, and claim documentation; track deadlines and follow-ups; identify missing information; maintain accurate case notes; support claim evaluations and settlement negotiations; and escalate delays or issues while managing multiple cases remotely.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Claims Specialist to join our growing team and support personal injury law firms with the management and progression of insurance claims. This is a fully remote international position for someone who has hands-on experience working with personal injury cases and insurance claims.
The ideal candidate understands the personal injury claims process, is comfortable communicating with insurance companies and clients, and can stay organized while managing multiple claims and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor personal injury insurance claims from initial filing through resolution.
- Communicate with insurance adjusters, attorneys, clients, medical providers, and other involved parties.
- Review claim information, supporting documentation, medical records, bills, and insurance correspondence.
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding claim status, liability, coverage, and settlement negotiations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim notes and documentation.
- Identify missing information or documentation needed to move claims forward.
- Track claim deadlines, follow-ups, and important case updates.
- Assist with evaluating claims and preparing information for settlement negotiations.
- Escalate issues or delays to the appropriate attorney or supervisor.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client and case information professionally.
- Manage multiple personal injury claims while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
Requirements
- Must have previous personal injury experience.
- Must have previous insurance claims experience.
- Previous experience working with personal injury law firms is strongly preferred.
- Experience communicating with insurance adjusters is required.
- Strong understanding of the personal injury claims process.
- Experience reviewing medical records, bills, claim documentation, and insurance correspondence.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and follow up consistently.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Must be located outside of the United States.
- Must have reliable internet and your own computer/equipment.
- Ability to work U.S. business hours as required by the position.
