About AgelessRx

AgelessRx is a first-of-its-kind, longevity-focused telehealth platform with an e-commerce component. Our mission is to collectively give people millions of extra healthy years, so everyone can enjoy more of what they love in a world where people are empowered to live as long as they want. We believe aging should no longer be treated as a dreadful inevitability, but instead, as a puzzle that can be solved, a fight that can be fought – just as a disease with a cure. Through our free-to-use platform, we offer trusted, data-driven longevity solutions and scientifically backed prescription therapies to help safely lower the risk of age-related diseases.

About the role
AgelessRx is seeking a Category Growth Manager to own the strategy, growth, and commercial performance of key telehealth and longevity categories.

This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who can operate like a category owner: deeply understand the customer and market, identify where the biggest opportunities exist, develop a clear point of view on how AgelessRx should compete and differentiate, and bring together the right teams to turn those insights into measurable growth.

You will develop a deep understanding of your category - from the competitive landscape and customer needs to positioning, pricing, acquisition, conversion, retention, product experience, and unit economics. You will continuously talk to customers, study the market, evaluate the patient journey, analyze performance, and identify what needs to improve.

We are looking for someone who combines commercial judgment, customer obsession, analytical rigor, product thinking, and hands-on execution. You should be equally comfortable interviewing customers, analyzing a funnel, developing positioning, evaluating pricing or packaging, building a business case, launching an experiment, and driving a cross-functional initiative from idea through execution.

This role is intentionally broad. We want someone with high agency who can create structure where it does not yet exist, move quickly from insight to action, and become the internal owner and expert for their category.

What you'll do

Category Strategy & Commercial Performance

  • Own the strategy and growth of Women’s Hormones, including clear goals, priorities, performance metrics, and growth plans.
  • Develop a category strategy informed by market opportunity, customer needs, competitive dynamics, clinical considerations, and AgelessRx's broader business strategy.
  • Build a deep understanding of category performance and economics, including revenue, conversion, activation, CAC, LTV, retention, margin, payback, and ROI.
  • Identify the biggest opportunities and constraints to growth and translate them into clear priorities and recommendations.
  • Evaluate opportunities across pricing, packaging, offers, bundling, positioning, customer segments, and the broader category business model.
  • Build business cases and make recommendations about where AgelessRx should invest, test, expand, or change direction.

Customer, Market & Competitive Insight

  • Become the internal expert on the category, customer, and competitive landscape.
  • Build an ongoing customer feedback loop through interviews, user testing, surveys, behavioral data, Customer Experience insights, and other qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Develop a deep understanding of what customers need, how they make decisions, why they choose AgelessRx or a competitor, and where their experience falls short.
  • Continuously evaluate competitors, including their positioning, products, pricing, customer experience, strengths, weaknesses, and emerging strategies.
  • Identify unmet customer needs and market gaps that can become differentiated AgelessRx offerings.
  • Translate customer and market insights into actionable recommendations for Marketing, Product, Clinical, and Operations.

Offering & Customer Journey

  • Own the category experience across the customer journey - from initial discovery and education through conversion, onboarding, treatment, engagement, and retention.
  • Identify friction points and opportunities to improve both customer value and business performance.
  • Develop hypotheses about what AgelessRx should build, change, test, or stop doing.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations to translate customer and market needs into product and service improvements.
  • Help prioritize category-specific features and capabilities based on customer and commercial impact.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the category through new treatments, services, bundles, cross-sell opportunities, and adjacent offerings.
  • Ensure the category delivers a compelling and differentiated experience rather than simply replicating what already exists in the market.

Go-to-Market & Growth

  • Own the go-to-market strategy for new category offerings.
  • Define target audiences, positioning, value propositions, messaging, launch priorities, channel opportunities, and success metrics.
  • Partner with Growth, Brand, Lifecycle, Content, Creative, Product, Clinical, and Compliance teams to bring category strategies to market.
  • Develop and prioritize experiments across acquisition, landing pages, onboarding, conversion, pricing, offers, messaging, lifecycle, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Analyze performance quickly, understand what is driving results, and translate learnings into the next round of decisions and experiments.
  • Identify new channels, partnerships, community opportunities, and other ways to efficiently reach and engage target customers.
  • Ensure growth is sustainable and economically sound rather than focused solely on top-line acquisition.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience across category management, growth, product marketing, general management, business strategy, consumer product, or a related commercially focused role.
  • Experience owning meaningful growth or commercial outcomes for a digital product, consumer health business, telehealth service, subscription business, marketplace, or category-level business line.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand a market and translate customer, competitive, and performance insights into business strategy and execution.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, with experience working with metrics such as revenue, conversion, CAC, LTV, retention, activation, margin, payback, and ROI.
  • Experience building, launching, or scaling products, services, categories, or business lines in an ambiguous or rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong customer research instincts and comfort directly interviewing customers, evaluating customer behavior, and translating insights into action.
  • Experience with positioning, value propositions, pricing, packaging, offers, go-to-market strategy, or new product/service launches.
  • Comfort operating in a regulated environment where growth must be balanced with clinical accuracy, privacy, compliance, patient trust, and responsible communication.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; familiarity with GA4, Looker, SQL, CRM/lifecycle platforms, or product analytics tools is a plus.
  • Experience in telehealth, digital health, consumer health, women's health, or another regulated consumer category is strongly preferred; genuine curiosity about longevity, preventative health, and the future of healthcare.
