Business Office Manger

Responsibilities include billing (Medicare/HMO's/PVT) Patient accounts, collections, daily office operations, requiring strong accounting and healthcare/SNF experience. • Performs Account receivable/payable, billing and resident account functions
• Completes the dashboard on a daily basis
• Verification of secondary insurance and claim status
• Prepares admission and financial packets
• Works with patients and/or family members to complete financial packets and obtains photographs of patient
• Assists in the collection process by making phone calls and preparing and mailing collection letters
• Scans and uploads all business office documents
• Fills in for the front desk during lunches and absences

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Skilled nursing home business office experience preferred

Excellent customer services and communication skills, both verbal and written
