We help clients amplify their brand through storytelling, graphics, and spatial design that spark emotion and impact.

We’re looking for a Brand Designer with deep expertise in Experiential Graphic Design—someone who can think big, design boldly, and execute with exceptional craft. • You can communicate ideas clearly in client presentations and to the team

  • You can draw at scale and are comfortable working with architectural documentation, elevations, plans, and shop drawings

  • You design and develop signage and wayfinding systems that are clear, code-compliant, and integrated with architectural and interior design, from concept through production and installation.

  • You are plugged into emerging technologies/industry/design trends and have a desire to share with the team

  • You have a strong work ethic, are flexible, positive, and work well in a fast-paced collaborative team setting

  • You have a portfolio that shows a variety of approaches and specific examples of fully realized and produced projects, and demonstrates your ability to apply a client’s brand and design aesthetic across multiple mediums

  • Your work shows interest in expanding your skillset across design platforms such as the built environment, signage and wayfinding, experiential design, brand design, and digital design

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, Visual Communication, or similar

  • At least 8 years of post-graduate and direct relevant work experience in environmental graphics required

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), CADTools, Microsoft Word, and Excel

  • Revit, Sketch Up, 3D, Motion Graphics, After Effects, and Adobe Premiere skills are a huge advantage

  • Working knowledge of print and production, vendor management

  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship management skills

  • Strong sense of materials and fabrication/construction within a built environment
