Description

Nebius Academy designs hands-on learning experiences that help professionals move beyond individual AI productivity. Our programs enable learners to redesign real workflows around AI and agents, scale these practices across teams, and adopt AI safely and responsibly when it affects decisions or sensitive processes.

We are looking for an experienced automation and AI adoption practitioner to join us as a Subject Matter Expert and Course Author. You will transform your hands-on experience into practical learning content, including frameworks, real-world case studies, reusable templates, exercises, and methodologies that professionals can apply to their own workflows.

What you will do
  • Design and author the course curriculum as a subject-matter expert.
  • Work with the course team to shape module outlines, lessons, practical exercises, and competency-based learning outcomes.
  • Build and refine case studies, templates, and checklists that participants can reuse in their own processes.
  • Translate real AI and automation implementation experience into clear, practical learning frameworks.
  • Review course materials for technical accuracy and practical relevance.
  • Where live delivery is included, facilitate sessions and provide structured feedback on participants’ workflow redesign, scaling, and control decisions.
  • Keep the course current as automation tools, agent practices, and AI adoption and control standards evolve.
Requirements

Must Have

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in automation, process engineering, or a comparable role involving the redesign of real workflows around AI or agents—not only the use of AI as a personal productivity tool.
  • Practical experience taking an AI or automation pilot through the full lifecycle: scoping it, documenting the practice, enabling other people to adopt it, and measuring whether it created meaningful business value.
  • Practical experience introducing guardrails around AI-assisted work, such as QA processes, human accountability, review boundaries, or domain-specific controls.
  • Hands-on experience with agent or workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or comparable platforms.
  • Experience driving AI or automation adoption across teams or organizations, including measuring value and communicating it to stakeholders.
  • A solid understanding of where full automation is and is not appropriate, with the ability to explain and defend that judgment.
  • Excellent communication and knowledge-structuring skills, with the ability to turn technical decisions into frameworks that non-technical professionals can apply.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Availability to collaborate within European time zones.

Nice to Have

  • Deep hands-on expertise in the Gemini ecosystem, particularly Gems, Workspace Studio automations, and NotebookLM.
  • Experience working with AI and automation in a corporate Google Workspace environment.
  • Experience authoring courses, playbooks, technical documentation, or structured enablement materials.
  • Experience conducting workshops, webinars, corporate training, or other knowledge-sharing sessions.
What we can offer you
  • Remote, part-time collaboration under a service agreement.
  • A workload of approximately 10–15 hours per week.
  • Compensation of $40–100 per hour.
  • An opportunity to shape a practical course focused on real AI and automation adoption challenges.
  • The ability to translate your professional experience into reusable frameworks and learning experiences for business professionals.
  • Close collaboration with the Nebius Academy course team.
  • The opportunity to influence how organizations redesign workflows, scale AI practices, and introduce responsible controls.
