Who we are looking for
An Associate Vice President of VIP who has a passion for providing VIP players with exceptional service and utilizing best practices in retention and recruitment for a leader committed to a safer gambling environment.
You will be responsible for expanding and retaining player numbers by developing and executing a strategy that increases our VIP portfolio's numbers, value and longevity.
With responsibility for growth, retention, customer service, workflow and regulatory compliance, your initial focus will be on our US business while also maintaining our existing global customer base. Leading an existing team, you will be expected to resource and restructure, where appropriate, to ensure that new strategies are fully executed.
This exciting opportunity links operational responsibility for a key customer group with Customer Support, commercial ownership and a close partnership with Marketing.
The salary range for this position is $150,000-$200,000 annually.
Preferred skills and experience
Proven experience in a similar role in the iGaming industry.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Other languages preferred.
Strong leader and collaborator with excellent negotiation skills.
Highly analytical and data driven mindset.
Experience hiring, developing, and leading culturally diverse people and teams.
Experience in building and managing relationships with sports and casino clients.
Acumen about the industry and risks involved.
Cost visibility and budget monitoring.
Main Responsibilities
Developing a VIP program that combines recruitment intiatives customer service, retention and promotional management.
Leading the VIP function while focusing on the development and growth of the customer segment.
Ensuring Responsible Gambling controls are understood, implemented, audited, and part of department culture.
Leading and motivating the VIP Team to cultivate lasting relationships with VIP customers across Sports and Gaming.
Managing, developing, planning, defining and executing internal VIP promotional strategies.
Developing targeted campaigns in the market to attract and retain valuable customers.
Revising and formulating the department's policies and procedures, ensuring implementation.
Collaborating with the product teams and senior management to ensure VIP demands are properly reflected in roadmaps.
Providing regular feedback to the VIP team to ensure that the focus is placed on relevant KPIs, department targets, and overall company expectations.
Tracking and reporting to senior management the performance of the VIP Program against agreed targets.
