About the role

As a Associate Account Executive at CoverForce, you will operate at the front line of a company that is becoming the distribution infrastructure for commercial insurance. This is a role for someone who wants to run toward impact, learn how to prospect into complex organizations, and build a career in enterprise sales. You will not be waiting for leads. You will be creating the earliest sparks that turn into multi year contracts with some of the most influential players in the insurance industry.

Ninety percent of this job is outbound prospecting into our top ICPs across Brokerages, Wholesalers, Agency Networks, PEOs, and Insuretechs. You will research accounts, understand their structure, identify the right people, and craft targeted outreach that earns attention. Ten percent of the job is handling inbound leads with speed, clarity, and accuracy. In both cases, you are the first impression of CoverForce and a critical part of our go to market engine.

This is a place where high volume matters and high quality matters even more. You will become fluent in how commercial insurance distribution actually works and how technology is changing it. You will work side by side with Account Executives who are selling into the largest intermediaries in the country. You will learn how real enterprise selling works and accelerate your path to becoming a full cycle seller.

This position is based in-person in New York City or Denver.
