Join us remotely as the first point of contact for client issues, helping with installations and security setup, while building your skills with Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML, and SQL Server. - Provide Tier 1 support and troubleshoot client issues
- Assist with installations and security configurations

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in technology field
- Basic knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML, SQL Server
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment
- U.S.-based and able to pass a background check
Pay range is $55,000 - $80,000
