Our client is looking for an API & Workflow Integration Specialist to support the optimization, integration, and management of digital workflows within their healthcare technology environment. Their company operates in the healthcare solutions space, helping organizations improve operational efficiency through technology-driven processes and has continued expanding their digital capabilities in recent years.
In this role, the API & Workflow Integration Specialist will be responsible for connecting different platforms, maintaining workflow automation, troubleshooting integration issues, and ensuring healthcare data moves accurately and securely between systems. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, understands data integrations, and can combine technical knowledge with strong communication skills when supporting healthcare providers and end users.
- Integrate data between multiple online platforms, including tools such as Jotform, Microsoft 365 Excel, Xchart, and other connected systems.
- Configure, update, and troubleshoot Jotform workflows, forms, automations, and logic-based processes.
- Manage API connections and webhook integrations to ensure accurate data transfer between platforms.
- Review existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Create, update, and maintain email templates, automated notifications, and workflow communications.
- Provide technical support and customer service assistance to dental offices and patients experiencing issues with workflow platforms.
- Perform basic data entry and data organization tasks during the initial stages of integration projects before automation processes are fully implemented.
- Handle healthcare-related information while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Experience working with API integrations, webhooks, and data synchronization between platforms.
- Ability to understand, analyze, and troubleshoot workflows, logic structures, and basic algorithms.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex technical problems.
- Comfortable working with healthcare data and following HIPAA compliance requirements.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with healthcare providers, dental offices, and patients.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to investigate technical issues independently.
- Experience managing digital forms, automation workflows, or similar technology platforms.
- Previous experience with API integrations, webhook configurations, or automation systems.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Jotform or similar workflow management tools.
- Understanding of data flows between software applications and online platforms.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues and improving operational processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality.
- Basic programming knowledge (such as Python) is a plus but not required.
