ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define data requirements and architecture for AI solutions.
- Collaborate with data engineers from the program delivery to ensure data quality, governance, and accessibility.
- Guide the selection of algorithms and evaluate model performance.
- Recommend AI improvements for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
- Work with business leaders to identify AI opportunities and translate them into technical requirements.
- Present architectural decisions and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical standards, legal regulations, and organizational policies.
- Implement explainability, fairness, and bias mitigation strategies
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Architect end-to-end AI systems, including data pipelines, model training, deployment, and monitoring
- Select appropriate AI/ML frameworks, tools, and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure ML, AWS SageMaker).
- Integrate AI models into existing enterprise systems and workflows.
- Ensure interoperability with APIs, databases, and third-party services.
- Stay current with AI trends and emerging technologies.
- Prototype and test new AI capabilities to assess feasibility and value.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Business proposal development with emphasis on AI/ML
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's in computer science and/or relevant disciplines.
