We are looking for an experienced visual-content practitioner with hands-on AI expertise to join us as an AI for Content Creation Teaching Expert. This role combines live instruction with subject-matter expertise: you will deliver practical sessions and collaborate with the course team to refine the methodology, cases, templates, and exercises.
What you will do- Deliver engaging live sessions, workshops, and applied learning labs.
- Demonstrate real-world AI workflows for visual, video, document, and interactive content production.
- Help learners set up brand assets and create on-brand presentations, one-pagers, and documents using Claude Design or similar tools.
- Guide participants in generating and editing visual assets, including banners, key visuals, and illustrations.
- Demonstrate how to create short videos, animations, and explainer content using AI.
- Support hands-on projects involving interactive pages and widgets built through vibe-coding.
- Show learners how to automate recurring production work using plugins and simple pipelines.
- Provide structured feedback and help participants adapt the workflows to their own professional environments.
- Collaborate with the course team to refine materials, templates, checklists, and case studies.
- Continuously improve the course based on learner feedback, industry developments, and changes in the AI tool landscape.
Must Have
- 5+ years of professional experience in visual and/or video content creation, communications design, marketing production, or a related field.
- Practical understanding of the full content production lifecycle, from a brief and brand toolkit to a finished, format-ready deliverable.
- Proven hands-on experience applying generative AI in real content-production workflows.
- Experience with AI image-generation and editing tools such as Midjourney, Nano Banana, or comparable tools.
- Experience with AI video and animation tools such as RunwayML, Higgsfield, or comparable tools.
- Experience with AI-powered layout and document tools such as Claude Design or comparable solutions.
- Experience building interactive content through vibe-coding tools such as Claude, Lovable, or similar platforms.
- Experience automating recurring production tasks through plugins or simple workflows using tools such as n8n, Google Sheets, or Google Calendar.
- Experience applying AI in a real business environment, such as a startup, scale-up, or enterprise.
- Strong communication and teaching skills, with the ability to explain practical workflows to non-technical audiences.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Availability to work within European time zones.
