FLS Transportation Service is currently seeking experienced, energetic and established Transportation Brokerage Account Manager Professionals to join our rapidly growing organization.

 Responsibilities:                                             

  • Act as main point of contact for key customers becoming the “go-to” person for service and communication;
  • Provide regular shipping updates and maintain performance scorecard for each client;
  • Identify new bid opportunities to maximize potential of current accounts;
  • Schedule quarterly business reviews with customers and operations team relative to account performance;
  • Work in collaboration with sales team to service and grow the account;
  • Become a subject matter expert on shipping, logistics and transportation industry;
  • Provide world-class customer service to our clients.

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive or relevant role;
  • A sales/growth mindset associated with organic growth from client base;
  • Experience with customer TMS systems, customer standard scorecard KPI requirements, quoting ability, some coverage skills and award management.
  • Experience with Salesforce 
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite 
  • Proven ability to develop and grow existing accounts;
  • Organized operator with customer facing sales skills, excellent oral and written communicator, excellent in a high stress/fast paced environment and great person to person engagement skills.
  • Strong work ethic and burning desire to win that is showcased through outworking the competition;
