About Location3

Most agencies are built for one brand talking to one audience. We are built for brands that grow through local operators, where the marketing has to work in hundreds of different local markets at once and the people spending the budget are independent owners rather than a corporate team. That is a harder problem, and it is the one we have spent twenty five years on. We also build LOCALACT, the platform those owners use to run their own local marketing.

The opportunity

You would own the business, the financial performance and the growth of a portfolio of corporate, enterprise and franchisor clients.

That means the commercial relationship with their marketing leadership, and the team here who work directly with their individual locations. Both sides sit with you.

You would carry two growth numbers and the portfolio profit and loss.

What you will own

● Executive client leadership across both layers. Corporate executives, day-to-day franchisor contacts, field and operations leaders, and participating franchisees, with intentional coverage at every level. Resolves disconnects between corporate expectations and franchisee realities before they affect retention

● Enterprise expansion and enrolled-location growth, carried as two distinct goals. Enterprise through additional services, channels, brands and markets. Enrolled locations through participation barriers, the franchisee value proposition, and adoption

● Franchise convention growth. Owns the account strategy for conventions and system-wide events as a growth engine: goals, offers, Location3 participation and investment, and follow-through on every lead and commitment

● The portfolio P and L. Revenue, retention, scope, contracts, pricing within approved parameters, budgets, delivery expenses, change orders and profitability

● Team and delivery leadership. Directly manages and develops the Account Manager and Local Marketing Manager, and coordinates delivery across Performance, Organic and Marketing Technologies

How you will be measured

Revenue retention across the portfolio. Enterprise expansion revenue against target. Enrolled-location growth against target. Portfolio margin against plan. Enrollment and qualified pipeline generated through conventions. Client satisfaction and stakeholder coverage across all levels. Value and progression of the expansion pipeline.

What we are looking for

● Seven to twelve years in digital marketing, client leadership or agency account management, with retention, expansion or portfolio financial accountability alongside delivery responsibility

● Understands the client’s business plan, unit economics and franchise system well enough to find the root cause of a problem rather than the symptom, and knows that a commitment made at corporate has to be deliverable through the franchisee-facing model

● Wants to carry a portfolio P and L and two separate growth numbers, not just a relationship
