The ABM Strategic Operations Specialist role is a critical function responsible for driving the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs. This role acts as the operational backbone of the ABM team, ensuring seamless execution, data-driven insights, and continuous improvement, including the rapid adoption of AI in Marketing. 

This role will follow Snowflake’s hybrid 3-day in-office policy reporting into our Menlo Park office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Program Management & Execution:

    • Develop and maintain operational processes and workflows for the ABM Team.

    • Work closely with ABM senior leadership to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.

    • Coordinate and manage the execution of multi-channel ABM campaigns, including digital advertising, content syndication, events, and direct mail.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into ABM performance and identify areas for improvement.

    • Analyze campaign data and provide recommendations for optimization.

    • Conduct regular audits of ABM data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Technology & Tool Management:

    • Manage the implementation and integration of ABM platforms with other marketing and sales systems (e.g., CRM, marketing automation).

    • Provide training and support to the ABM team on the use of ABM tools and technologies.

    • Maintain data hygiene within the ABM platforms.

    • Develop and implement AI/ML models, or demonstrate a strong aptitude and eagerness to rapidly acquire proficiency in AI/ML model development.

  • Process Improvement & Optimization:

    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ABM programs.

    • Develop and maintain documentation for ABM processes and procedures.

    • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in ABM operations.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to align ABM efforts with overall business objectives.

    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between ABM team members and stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3 Years of experience in Marketing

  • Technically proficient in or interest in learning AI/ML development desirable

  • Proven experience in marketing operations, preferably in an ABM environment.  

  • Strong understanding of ABM principles, best practices, and tools (e.g., Demandbase)

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  

  • Familiar with with CRM systems like Salesforce and Marketo

  • Proficiency in using Automation/Orchestration tools (Workato)

  • Experience providing technical reporting support using tools like Snowflake, Sigma, and Streamlit is highly desirable.
