- This is a full-time, 10-week program designed to give you real-world experience working within the telecommunications industry in your field of choice.
- Internship program runs from May 27 through July 31, 2026.

What you can expect in this role

Internship responsibilities may include
- Spectrum is looking for a qualified intern to join the Product Strategy & Launch Management Team.
- This intern would specifically support the Launch Management function of the team
- Launch Management serves a variety of stakeholders and is responsible for delivering the best launch experience for customers and employees by driving seamless cross-functional coordination for Connectivity & Entertainment Products
- This role would support product launches 75% of the time and employee programs 25% of the time
- The intern will be responsible for supporting the team in their daily activities and leading projects as assigned by their supervisor
- The intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and be comfortable interacting with experienced corporate employees from multiple departments within the company
- Core job responsibilities include:
- Assist with drafting, reviewing and routing of launch materials and communications
- Assist with designing and delivering PowerPoint presentations
- Attend cross-functional meetings and record minutes
- Assist with Employee Progams/Events as assigned
- Meets with internal customers of an assigned project to provide status updates and reports and gather project-related feedback
Required qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University graduating with a bachelor's degree between December 2026 - May 2027
- Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
- Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship

- Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communication in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects and assignments
