Support planning, design, and execution of natural gas distributed generation, pipeline, and utility projects. Prepare construction plan sets, perform hydraulic modeling and stress analysis, ensure code compliance (CFR 192, ASME B31.4, NFPA), QA/QC drawings, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, support installation and commissioning, and manage project documentation and schedules.

Prepare and produce natural gas pipeline design and mapping deliverables using Civil 3D, BlueSky, and GIS tools. Create construction plan sets, P&IDs, isometrics, and related drawings; follow CAD standards; coordinate with engineers and project teams; manage drawing revisions and document control.

Lead and grow Colorado bridge design services, pursue business development, manage projects and contracts, oversee team hiring and development, ensure technical quality and financial performance, and maintain client relationships (especially with CDOT).

Lead and coach a national HR Business Partner team, partner with leaders to align HR strategy with business goals, manage employee relations and investigations, implement performance, compensation, and workforce planning initiatives, support recruitment and change management, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Lead and grow a communications engineering department responsible for planning, analysis, and design of communications and broadband infrastructure. Ensure standards, quality control, permitting compliance, budget management, and timely delivery. Drive business development, oversee bids/RFPs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and implement training and process improvements.
