Manage, validate, and enhance geospatial datasets for Energy & Utilities projects. Develop and maintain spatial databases and engineering‑quality maps. Build and troubleshoot FME workflows to automate integration between GIS, CAD, and enterprise systems. Support requests, document workflows, and ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with standards.

Lead and grow a communications engineering department responsible for planning, analysis, and design of communications and broadband infrastructure. Ensure standards, quality control, permitting compliance, budget management, and timely delivery. Drive business development, oversee bids/RFPs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and implement training and process improvements.

Support planning, design, and execution of natural gas distributed generation, pipeline, and utility projects. Prepare construction plan sets, perform hydraulic modeling and stress analysis, ensure code compliance (CFR 192, ASME B31.4, NFPA), QA/QC drawings, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, support installation and commissioning, and manage project documentation and schedules.
