The Senior Salesforce Developer designs, develops, integrates, and supports scalable Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, portals, data migrations, and third-party integrations. Responsibilities include Apex and Lightning development, data quality management, testing, release management, troubleshooting, documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and evaluating new Salesforce technologies. The role manages multiple concurrent projects and promotes technical best practices across the team.

Provides executive leadership for enterprise infrastructure and mission-support services, including real estate, facilities, workplace operations, procurement, travel, events, safety, and office services. The role develops enterprise strategies, oversees multi-location operations, capital planning, supplier relationships, budgets, and service standards while leading organizational change and cross-functional partnerships. It also manages leadership teams and advises executives on resource optimization, risk, and service delivery.

Lead and manage a team of VA-accredited service officers to identify and file DoD and VA benefits claims, maintain an active caseload (~33%), provide training/coaching, manage budget and performance, build partnerships, report outcomes, and represent WWP publicly.

Lead regional Warriors to Work teams to deliver career transition services, build employer partnerships, drive program outcomes, standardize delivery, manage budgets, train staff, and travel to support regional offices and events.

Provide case management for veterans in crisis: perform assessments, develop treatment plans, coordinate internal and external resources (VA, DoD, community providers), manage caseloads, maintain PHI and documentation in internal systems (e.g., Salesforce), facilitate admissions/discharges, prepare reports, and advocate to remove barriers to care while supporting recovery and program referrals.

The Senior Salesforce Solution Architect leads the design and development of software applications, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize business operations and ensure application alignment with technical standards.

Coordinate and execute omnichannel marketing and stewardship campaigns for major donor audiences; support creative/content development, vendor coordination, performance measurement, brand compliance, and event/donor engagement to drive fundraising objectives.
