Designs and optimizes user-centered web, mobile, and digital product experiences for veterans and families. Conducts user research and usability testing, synthesizes insights, maps journeys, creates wireframes and prototypes, develops high-fidelity designs, and supports accessibility and design-system improvements. Partners with product, technology, marketing, analytics, and program teams to improve resource discovery, engagement, self-service adoption, and satisfaction. Facilitates workshops, presents recommendations, and supports Agile delivery.

Provides financial education, counseling, and case management services to wounded veterans and their families. Develops and delivers financial literacy programs, assesses financial needs, coordinates emergency assistance and external resources, maintains case documentation in Salesforce, and supports long-term financial resiliency. The role also manages a caseload, presents to groups, collaborates with vendors and partners, and responds to sensitive or urgent financial situations.

Manages and improves WWP’s digital platforms, especially the MyWWP portal, to enhance the warrior experience. Coordinates stakeholders, vendors, workgroups, feedback, governance, backlog prioritization, feature enhancements, communications, adoption, and operational processes. Leads cross-functional initiatives, evaluates workflows, develops recommendations, supports leadership decisions, and aligns platform updates with Salesforce and program requirements. Requires experience in digital initiatives, process improvement, platform support, change management, CRM systems, and customer experience.

Leads the Financial Readiness team supporting veterans and their families through financial education, resource navigation, crisis intervention, and financial assistance. Oversees caseloads, service quality, compliance, reporting, complex cases, staff development, and cross-functional coordination. Uses performance data to improve workflows, outcomes, and program delivery while guiding change management and maintaining compassionate, trauma-informed services.

Provides executive leadership for WWP’s Transformation and Suicide Prevention functions. Leads enterprise strategy, innovation, partnerships, governance, and scalable programs focused on veteran mental health, brain health, healthcare delivery, and suicide prevention. Develops organizational capabilities, oversees advisory bodies, evaluates emerging therapies and initiatives, and drives cross-functional execution, performance, and outcomes while building high-performing teams.

The Senior Salesforce Solution Architect leads the design and development of software applications, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize business operations and ensure application alignment with technical standards.

Coordinate and execute omnichannel marketing and stewardship campaigns for major donor audiences; support creative/content development, vendor coordination, performance measurement, brand compliance, and event/donor engagement to drive fundraising objectives.
