Prepare and begin reviewing complex federal and state tax returns (1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065); support engagements from planning to completion; provide proactive tax planning and projections; manage client relationships under manager oversight; review staff work and maintain quality control; use CCH Axcess, CCH Engagement, and Lacerte.

Manage in-house tax compliance for an existing RIA client book: prepare, review, and sign returns; advise clients on conversions, estate and tax planning; build tax workflows and processes; support business development and lay groundwork for bookkeeping as the firm scales.

The Staff Accountant will manage monthly accounting engagements, perform full-cycle accounting tasks, prepare financial statements, and ensure accuracy in reporting for a portfolio of clients.
