As a Tax Supervisor, you’ll combine technical expertise, leadership potential, and client service excellence while working with firms that emphasize both professional advancement and personal well-being. In this role, you’ll oversee tax engagements, guide junior staff, and contribute to exceptional client service in a progressive, flexible environment.
Manage and review tax compliance and planning projects for individuals and businesses.
Collaborate with firm leaders on client service initiatives and tax advisory strategies.
Supervise and mentor staff accountants, offering feedback, coaching, and professional development.
Ensure adherence to professional standards and stay current with changing tax regulations.
Leverage technology to communicate and collaborate seamlessly with clients and team members across locations.
Foster strong client relationships through proactive support and consistent communication.
Requirements
CPA license required.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Minimum of 2 years of recent public accounting experience with an emphasis in tax.
Proven leadership skills with an interest in advancement toward Partner level.
Solid technical tax knowledge with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
