Lead design, reliability, and optimization of high-voltage electrical distribution and plant power systems for a mine site. Troubleshoot failures, implement preventive/predictive maintenance, lead electrical scope on capital projects, manage contractors, ensure safety and code compliance, mentor staff, and drive reliability and performance improvements.

Support open-pit maintenance by performing data and failure analysis, root cause investigations, oil and telemetry analysis, CMMS work-order creation, and reporting to improve equipment reliability, lifecycle management, and maintenance efficiency.

Support, troubleshoot, program, and optimize PLC/HMI/SCADA control systems (Rockwell) across crushing, ADR, pumping, and solution treatment. Lead commissioning, upgrades, documentation, SAP work orders, vendor coordination, and train maintenance staff while promoting safety and continuous improvement.

Lead and manage site long-term mine planning for Cripple Creek & Victor, delivering life-of-asset designs, optimized scenario planning, reserves and resources reporting, unit cost and financial analysis, stakeholder engagement, mentoring, and continuous improvement while ensuring safety and alignment with technical teams and regional strategy.

Design, implement, and optimize open-pit drilling and blasting programs. Monitor drilling execution, ensure safety and environmental compliance, analyze performance and costs, report monthly, and collaborate with geologists, planners, and operations to meet production targets.

Lead planning and execution of complex environmental and water management projects to meet regulatory and operational objectives. Manage cross-functional teams, external consultants, budgets, schedules, risk, and project controls. Support regulatory engagement and prepare technical submittals, maintain compliance documentation, and provide regular executive reporting. Ensure projects meet safety and environmental standards and regulatory commitments.

Lead and manage multidisciplinary mining and processing studies from scoping through feasibility. Coordinate consultants and internal teams, develop scopes, schedules, budgets, CAPEX/OPEX estimates, risk registers, technical reports, and execution strategies. Evaluate technical alternatives, monitor study progress, ensure quality deliverables, and mentor junior staff while promoting safe, sustainable project development and supporting investment decision-making.

Own month-end accounting for US and Canadian corporate entities, prepare accruals, reconciliations, intercompany and loan accounting, and support monthly/quarterly financial reporting. Ensure SOX compliance, assist audits, collaborate with Treasury/Tax/FP&A/HR, and participate in strategic finance projects including ERP upgrades.
