Lead global standardization and continuous improvement of end-to-end supply chain processes, own and optimize SAP supply chain modules and related SCM tools, establish master data governance, drive adoption of digital solutions, and lead change management and training to support operations, finance, and IT across global mine sites.

Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary mining and processing studies from scoping through pre-feasibility and feasibility. Manage consultants, develop scopes, schedules, budgets, CAPEX/OPEX estimates, technical reports, risk assessments, and execution strategies while supporting cross-functional stakeholders and mentoring junior staff.

Lead site external relations to advance business and social performance through stakeholder engagement, community development, social-risk management, communications, and grievance handling. Advise site leadership, manage staff/consultants and budgets, implement community development and cultural heritage programs, support ESG reporting, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholder strategies for permitting, projects, and operations.
