Tracks account activity, forecasts, and performance while supporting growth in the commercial auto insurance sector.

Manages and grows a portfolio of more than 500 customer accounts, focusing on retention, revenue growth, upselling, and cross-selling. Builds executive-level relationships, conducts quarterly business reviews, advises customers on solutions, and resolves service issues with internal teams. The role requires consultative selling, strong communication, CRM proficiency, and the ability to prioritize competing account needs in a hybrid, fast-paced environment.

Owns the full lifecycle of an assigned GIS product or business system, including discovery, strategy, roadmap recommendations, backlog prioritization, requirements, delivery partnership, user acceptance testing, release readiness, adoption, and outcome measurement. Translates business needs between stakeholders and technical teams, makes day-to-day product decisions, manages dependencies and trade-offs, and recommends roadmap investments within established strategic and architectural guidelines.
