Lead product strategy and development for cryogenic systems in quantum computing. Oversee R&D, cross-functional collaboration, and market analysis to drive competitive products.

Lead design and develop mechanical systems and subsystems from concept through production. Create complex CAD models, drawings, and documentation, perform trade-offs and DFM, own subsystem development and ECO execution, and collaborate with manufacturing to ensure scalable, high-quality product launches.

Lead the design, development, and testing of cryogenic hardware, partnering with engineers to create integrated products from research to production.
