The role focuses on hard-to-fill deep-tech, hardware, manufacturing, and startup positions while designing scalable recruiting processes.

Lead product strategy and development for cryogenic systems in quantum computing. Oversee R&D, cross-functional collaboration, and market analysis to drive competitive products.

Lead the design, development, and testing of cryogenic hardware, partnering with engineers to create integrated products from research to production.

Support development and execution of cryogenic systems by building, assembling, troubleshooting, testing, and validating pre-production systems. Create documentation and work instructions, train technicians, investigate root causes, support product releases and NPI, analyze production/test data for improvements, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.

Lead production, quality, and supply chain teams to scale manufacturing for complex quantum hardware. Drive process optimization, QMS/ISO 9001 compliance, supplier strategy, logistics, inventory, and CAPA-driven quality improvements while mentoring and growing operational teams.

The Head of Strategic Finance will lead financial strategy, develop financial models, analyze business performance, and drive growth through stakeholder management and reporting.

Develop and execute technical product positioning, messaging, and content for cryogenic, RF, and quantum infrastructure. Translate complex engineering concepts into buyer-focused narratives, create whitepapers and sales enablement materials, support conferences and media, gather market intelligence, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive adoption and launch go-to-market programs.
