Opens and closes the store, acts as Manager on Duty when needed, processes transactions, handles cash, maintains visual standards, supports freight and loss prevention activities, assigns tasks, and assists with onboarding and training team members. Achieves personal and store sales goals while delivering a positive customer experience.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and optimization of the eCommerce site experience. Run A/B tests, analyze site analytics, prioritize backlog, collaborate with UX, engineering, marketing and merchandising to improve usability, mobile performance, and conversion metrics across customer journeys.

Develop and communicate Kontoor Brands' investment thesis and financial story to investors; manage quarterly earnings, disclosures, investor targeting and events; drive capital markets strategy, competitive intelligence and strategic finance analytics; ensure SEC/NYSE compliance and support long-term financial planning and cross-functional decision-making.
