The Part Time Keyholder is responsible for store operations, customer service, sales performance, and acts as Manager on Duty when needed. This role requires maintaining merchandising standards and ensuring customer engagement, as well as training new team members.

Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js and React. Develop RESTful APIs, scalable back-end services, reusable front-end components, and ETL/microservice integrations. Collaborate with product, UX, QA in Agile teams, write unit tests, optimize performance, and document code and APIs.

Develop and communicate Kontoor Brands' investment thesis and financial story to investors; manage quarterly earnings, disclosures, investor targeting and events; drive capital markets strategy, competitive intelligence and strategic finance analytics; ensure SEC/NYSE compliance and support long-term financial planning and cross-functional decision-making.

Manage North America eCommerce operations across order management, fulfillment, shipping, returns, payments and fraud prevention. Lead cross-functional projects, optimize processes and systems (ERP/Magento), develop KPIs/dashboards, support ERP migrations, and partner with Finance, IT, Customer Care and Distribution Centers to improve post-purchase customer experience and operational scalability.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and optimization of the eCommerce site experience. Run A/B tests, analyze site analytics, prioritize backlog, collaborate with UX, engineering, marketing and merchandising to improve usability, mobile performance, and conversion metrics across customer journeys.

Conceptualize, design, and produce brand-aligned marketing materials across print and digital (ads, POS/POP, catalogs, selling materials, internal collateral). Collaborate with creative leads and marketing teams, interpret briefs, manage multiple projects to deadlines, and ensure consistency across brands.

Lead design and solution architecture for SAP S/4 Fashion OTC processes. Configure Order Management, Delivery, Billing, Returns, and integrations (POS, CAR, EDI). Drive fit-to-standard workshops, prepare WRICEF and test plans, support data migration (Syniti), integration testing (CPI), deployment, and post-go-live stabilization. Mentor junior staff and collaborate with vendors and integration/data teams to enable omnichannel and real-time inventory capabilities.

Lead global IT strategy, delivery, and support for supply chain planning and manufacturing systems. Partner with business leaders to define priorities, deliver end-to-end implementations, govern application standards, and apply data, automation, analytics, and AI to improve planning accuracy, manufacturing visibility, and operational decision-making. Build and manage a global IT team, oversee vendors and system integrators, and own operational health, risk mitigation, and executive communication.
