Supports store sales, customer service, merchandising, and daily operations as a part-time sales lead. Opens and closes the store, acts as Manager on Duty when needed, processes transactions, handles cash, maintains visual standards, supports freight and loss prevention activities, assigns tasks, and assists with onboarding and training team members. Achieves personal and store sales goals while delivering a positive customer experience.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and optimization of the eCommerce site experience. Run A/B tests, analyze site analytics, prioritize backlog, collaborate with UX, engineering, marketing and merchandising to improve usability, mobile performance, and conversion metrics across customer journeys.

Develop and communicate Kontoor Brands' investment thesis and financial story to investors; manage quarterly earnings, disclosures, investor targeting and events; drive capital markets strategy, competitive intelligence and strategic finance analytics; ensure SEC/NYSE compliance and support long-term financial planning and cross-functional decision-making.

Administers Canadian and U.S. payroll and employee benefits, including wage calculations, tax withholdings, deductions, garnishments, enrollments, invoices, reporting, vendor coordination, and compliance. Responds to employee inquiries, analyzes payroll and benefits data, identifies savings and policy improvements, and leads process enhancements, including implementing Workday for Canadian payroll.

Leads complex, cross-regional IT programs from business case through deployment and stabilization, with emphasis on SAP implementations and transformations. Establishes governance, plans, budgets, risk controls, dependencies, and executive reporting. Coordinates business, technical, data, testing, integration, and deployment teams while managing consulting partners, systems integrators, and vendors. Also supports recovery planning, portfolio prioritization, PMO standards, and coaching of project managers.

Develop and maintain 18-month sales, inventory, receipt and shipment plans by classification; analyze POS and sales trends; prepare and present monthly consensus reports; collaborate with account, merchandising, and supply planning teams; provide standard and ad hoc reporting to optimize inventory and in-season opportunities.
