Improve hiring processes through automation and AI while maintaining excellent candidate experiences, data integrity, operational efficiency, and compliance in a fast-growing global organization.

Coordinate end-to-end hardware dispatches to ranchers across the US. Manage 3PL partners, shipment timelines, delivery issues, internal communications, and process improvements. The role requires ownership, operational precision, problem-solving, partner accountability, and composure in a fast-paced environment. It offers opportunities to expand into supply chain optimization, international freight, inventory strategy, and operational leadership.

Lead the U.S. customer onboarding function by managing 5–6 Launch Representatives, owning deployment performance and ARR, improving launch efficiency and customer outcomes, and establishing scalable operating rhythms. The role involves coaching, capacity planning, process improvement, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Support, Rev Ops, Product, and Engineering, and ensuring ranchers successfully adopt Halter’s platform.

Plans and runs acquisition, customer growth, and retention campaigns end to end. Defines audiences, sequencing, channels, timelines, and campaign goals; tracks response, pipeline, retention, and expansion impact; adjusts campaigns based on performance data; briefs content and creative teams; and collaborates with global performance marketing to align regional activity and inform investment decisions.

Lead end-to-end recruitment for GTM and cross-functional roles globally: source, screen, manage pipelines, support offers, build scalable hiring practices, enable hiring managers, track metrics, and strengthen employer brand while embedding inclusive hiring and workforce planning.

Own end-to-end onboarding for complex enterprise ranching customers across multiple sites. Build rollout plans, manage executives and field teams, lead training and change management, resolve deployment issues, coordinate cross-functional partners, and optimize onboarding processes for scalable adoption. The role combines strategic stakeholder management with hands-on field work and requires regular travel to customer ranches.

Own Halter’s North American events strategy, calendar, budget, delivery, and ROI measurement across national activations, conferences, stakeholder events, and regional field events. Lead and coach event specialists, partner closely with sales and marketing, support Territory Managers, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure events generate pipeline, brand awareness, and customer value. The role requires commercial judgment, creative event development, strong execution, and frequent engagement with ranchers and onsite event teams.

Lead end-to-end deployments of Halter on new ranches: train animals and operators, manage timelines, solve field problems, coordinate cross-functional teams, and set customers up for long-term success.

Drive new business and customer success across Southwest Colorado by prospecting, conducting in-field sales, onboarding customers, expanding accounts, and representing Halter at industry events. Own territory performance, collaborate with product and support teams, gather field feedback, and meet aggressive sales targets while providing hands-on ranch support and ensuring a smooth customer deployment experience.

Lead regional full-funnel marketing to drive acquisition, expansion, and retention. Build and run a high-performing team, own strategy and budget, deliver organic growth (SEO/content), paid performance (CAC/pipeline), events, enterprise motion, and local case studies. Collaborate with sales/GT M, use global brand frameworks, and apply AI to scale content and analytics.

The Head of Sales for Halter will lead and develop a regional sales team, drive sales strategies, manage account relationships, and expand market share in the agriculture sector.
