About the role

As an Enterprise Onboarding Specialist at Halter, you lead the rollout of Halter across our largest and most complex customers - multi-ranch operations running thousands of cattle across multiple sites, locations and management teams.

These are our highest-stakes deployments. They involve multiple stakeholders, from ownership and executive teams through to ranch managers and crew on the ground. Success depends as much on relationship management, executive alignment and change management as it does on getting the technology working in the field.

You'll own onboarding for these customers: building the deployment plan across sites, managing senior stakeholders, supporting them to train animals, educating managers and crews, solving problems as they surface, and setting the operation up so Halter scales across their whole business, not just the first ranch.

While some of the work happens remotely, time on ranch matters. You'll regularly be in the field alongside customers, and travel is a real part of this role.

This role is senior, hands-on and highly ownership-driven. Every enterprise is different, and you'll tailor each onboarding plan to the way that business actually runs.

What your day could look like
  • Build and run multi-site rollout plans, sequencing ranches, aligning resources and keeping complex timelines on track

  • Manage senior stakeholder relationships, from owners and executives to ranch managers and crew, keeping everyone aligned on the plan and the outcomes

  • Act as the trusted, single point of ownership through onboarding

  • Lead training that lands across an enterprise account for all users

  • Work directly with managers and crew on ranch to embed Halter into day-to-day operations

  • Navigate the change management side of enterprise adoption - differing levels of buy-in, established ways of working, and teams who need to be brought along on the journey

  • Partner closely with Sales, Support & Product to coordinate seamless onboarding

  • Solve problems quickly and adapt plans as conditions, people and priorities change

  • Spot patterns across enterprise accounts and help optimise the playbook for how we deploy at scale

  • Track the signals that matter to understand what's working and where we can improve, keeping key contacts across the customer informed at the right time

  • Set enterprise customers up with the confidence and foundation to expand Halter across their entire operation

Who are we looking for
  • Significant experience owning senior customer relationships - relationship management, enterprise customer success, key account management, or customer experience leadership

  • A track record with large, complex, multi-site or multi-stakeholder customers, where success depended on managing people as much as managing a plan

  • Credibility with senior stakeholders: you're comfortable in a room with owners and executives, and equally comfortable in a field with a crew

  • Experience leading complex rollouts or change programmes end-to-end

  • Commercial judgment - you understand how these customers make decisions and what expansion depends on

  • A practical, solutions-focused mindset when things don't go to plan

  • Comfort working cross-functionally: pulling in the right people and keeping everyone aligned

  • Clear, straightforward communication, and the ability to pitch it right for the audience in front of you

  • Willingness to travel and spend lots of time on ranch

  • A genuine care for the people we serve and the quality of the work

Nice to haves
  • Agriculture or ranching experience, particularly with large-scale or corporate operations

  • Experience in an enterprise-facing role at a startup or high-growth company

  • Familiarity with Salesforce
