Own Halter's U.S. product and development projects, collaborate with HQ and engineering, work on-ranch with customers to gather feedback, lead cross-functional projects, ensure customers fully utilize the product, and drive continuous product innovation and expansion.

Lead end-to-end recruitment for GTM and cross-functional roles globally: source, screen, manage pipelines, support offers, build scalable hiring practices, enable hiring managers, track metrics, and strengthen employer brand while embedding inclusive hiring and workforce planning.
