Lead the U.S. customer onboarding function by managing 5–6 Launch Representatives, owning deployment performance and ARR, improving launch efficiency and customer outcomes, and establishing scalable operating rhythms. The role involves coaching, capacity planning, process improvement, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Support, Rev Ops, Product, and Engineering, and ensuring ranchers successfully adopt Halter’s platform.

Plans and runs acquisition, customer growth, and retention campaigns end to end. Defines audiences, sequencing, channels, timelines, and campaign goals; tracks response, pipeline, retention, and expansion impact; adjusts campaigns based on performance data; briefs content and creative teams; and collaborates with global performance marketing to align regional activity and inform investment decisions.

Lead end-to-end recruitment for GTM and cross-functional roles globally: source, screen, manage pipelines, support offers, build scalable hiring practices, enable hiring managers, track metrics, and strengthen employer brand while embedding inclusive hiring and workforce planning.
