This results in job delays that can lead to excess overtime and costly return visits. Over 13 million workers in the skilled trades encounter these issues on a daily basis. With 2.7 million of these workers retiring over the next 10 years, this pain will only increase as the hard won knowledge and expertise of these experienced workers disappears forever.
