Design, program, commission, and troubleshoot PLC/HMI-based control systems for mission-critical AI data center infrastructure. Responsibilities include control panel and schematic design, network and protocol configuration, VFD controls, P&ID-based logic development, BMS integration, FAT/SAT support, commissioning, field troubleshooting, and maintaining engineering documentation. The role collaborates with mechanical, electrical, and systems engineers and requires onsite work in San Francisco, Long Beach, or Houston.

Own the mechanical design and performance of data center cooling products from requirements through manufacturing, testing, and field improvement. Lead calculations, equipment integration, supplier coordination, testing, and design reviews across refrigeration, liquid cooling, airflow, piping, and thermal systems. Provide technical support to engineering teams and customers, including cooling-load analysis, product configuration, technical proposals, and integration guidance.

Own internal tools and automation products supporting sourcing, purchasing, cost tracking, invoicing, and fulfillment. Discover workflows, define data and ownership standards, inspect operational data with SQL, map integrations, and partner with engineers on automation and AI-assisted workflows. Manage roadmaps, requirements, releases, adoption, training, migration, controls, and measurable operational outcomes in a fully remote environment.

Own portfolio-wide data center network architecture, structured cabling, security, OT segmentation, colocation connectivity, commissioning, and production operations. Design standards and construction specifications, review contractor work, manage monitoring, changes, capacity, incidents, and documentation, and serve as the escalation point for live-site network issues. The remote role requires heavy travel to active construction and commissioning sites.

Own the design, deployment, and production operation of Giga’s SCADA and BMS platform across data center sites. Build Ignition-based operator screens, historians, alarms, dashboards, templates, and integrations with mechanical and electrical systems. Maintain OT connectivity, backups, documentation, and system reliability; support site testing and troubleshoot live incidents. Collaborate with network, security, controls, and site operations teams, participate in after-hours on-call support, and travel regularly to active sites.

Lead community-entry and license-to-operate efforts for data center projects: build local relationships, run outreach and meetings, translate technical information, manage investments and commitments, monitor sentiment, and coordinate local media and issue responses. Spend substantial time on-site during development, construction, and operations to prevent and resolve reputational or project risks.

The Brand Designer will own and evolve the brand and design system, manage various design projects, and produce both static and interactive visual content for marketing and sales purposes. A proactive approach and a strong portfolio are essential.

The Project Engineer will manage electrical infrastructure projects, developing site plans and designs, collaborating with utilities and contractors, and optimizing project delivery.

The Senior AI Business Development Manager is responsible for originating AI data center projects, managing customer relationships, building financial models, and supporting commercial negotiations. This role requires collaboration across teams to ensure successful project execution and representation at industry events.
