The Senior AI Business Development Manager is responsible for originating AI data center projects, managing customer relationships, building financial models, and supporting commercial negotiations. This role requires collaboration across teams to ensure successful project execution and representation at industry events.

Lead Giga's bonding, surety, and insurance strategy: secure performance bonds, manage broker and surety relationships, set subcontractor bonding rules, right-size corporate and project insurance, create alternative bonding solutions when balance sheet limits apply, advise leadership on risk, and build the enterprise risk function and team.

As a Strategic Finance Manager, you will build financial models, drive capital allocation decisions, and present analyses to executive leaders, ensuring alignment between finance and operational outcomes.
