Serve as primary technical contact for academic customers, managing projects, designing solutions, producing quotes, resolving technical issues, and training internal and external stakeholders to grow customer relationships and drive sustainable business.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for emerging applications in biologics discovery and life-science tools. Translate customer needs into product concepts, pilot programs, and go-to-market plans. Collaborate with R&D, commercial, operations, marketing and partners; conduct customer discovery, market assessment, and build business cases for early-stage offerings.

The Regional Marketing Director will develop and execute marketing plans, lead demand generation campaigns, manage events, and collaborate with sales and product teams to drive growth and revenue in assigned markets.
