By joining our Sales Talent Community, you will be considered for roles including:
- Sales Account Manager- Managing and growing a defined territory or portfolio of accounts, driving revenue growth through consultative selling and long-term relationship development. This role focuses on expanding existing business while identifying new opportunities within biotech, pharma, and academic customers.
Inside Sales Specialist- Supports revenue growth by engaging customers through phone, email, and digital channels, managing inbound and outbound sales activities. This role focuses on lead qualification, quote generation, and maintaining strong customer engagement across assigned accounts.
Business Development Manager- Drives strategic growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within targeted market segments. This role often focuses on larger, complex deals, strategic partnerships, and expanding GenScript’s footprint within biotech and pharmaceutical organizations.
Technical Solutions Manager- Serves as a technical commercial expert, partnering with customers to understand scientific needs and recommend tailored solutions across GenScript’s portfolio. This role bridges sales and technical teams to ensure successful project scoping, proposal development, and customer satisfaction.
These roles may support products and services such as:
Gene synthesis and molecular biology services
Protein, antibody, and reagent solutions
Biologics CDMO services (cell line development, process development, GMP manufacturing)
Cell and gene therapy solutions
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in life sciences sales, business development, or commercial roles
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
Preferred:
Experience selling CRO, CDMO, biologics, gene therapy, or molecular biology solutions
Advanced degree (MS, MBA, or PhD)
Existing network within biotech or pharmaceutical industry
