These roles may support products and services such as:
Gene synthesis and molecular biology services
Protein, antibody, and reagent solutions
Biologics CDMO services (cell line development, process development, GMP manufacturing)
Cell and gene therapy solutions
Depending on role and level, responsibilities may include:
Support lifecycle management of GenScript’s global product and service portfolio
Develop and execute global marketing strategies and product positioning
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform strategy
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Operations, and regional marketing teams
Support product launches, campaigns, and commercialization initiatives
Develop marketing collateral, technical content, and sales enablement tools
Monitor product performance, market trends, and growth opportunities
Support global brand and product awareness through digital and traditional marketing channels
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in product management, product marketing, or marketing roles
Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment
Preferred:
Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, CRO, or CDMO industry
Advanced degree (MS, MBA, or PhD)
Experience supporting technical or scientific product portfolios
- Having some technical background is also a plus
Experience with global product launches or commercialization initiatives
Global organization with strong growth and innovation focus
