Enova supported my career/growth with training when I started. In baseline, the training program for new software engineers, we were given the time to learn before joining a team. It was great to have dedicated time just focused on learning and getting acclimated to Enova before jumping into project work.

My job requires me to think about my work from many different angles, and often make decisions when there is no obvious 'right' answer. I really enjoy the opportunity of tackling new challenges and mastering different decision-making frameworks.

Enova is willing to take a chance on you. When I started at Enova I had very little formal experience, and since then I have had 3 very different roles in the company and have done things I wouldn't have imagined were possible for me!
