Supervise, train, and assist a custodial team to maintain a clean, safe office environment. Lead up to 12 cleaners on evening shifts, conduct training, perform and oversee cleaning tasks, manage supplies and inventory, report maintenance issues, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Provide customer support via live chat, phone, and email; use internal tools to investigate and resolve inquiries; escalate issues as needed; follow policies and licensing requirements; promote responsible gambling and contribute to internal improvement efforts.

Serve as the primary contact for high-value customers via phone, chat, email and web. Build long-term relationships, proactively identify needs, resolve gaming/payment/account queries, follow compliance and Responsible Gambling policies, navigate back-office systems, document interactions, and collaborate with other teams to ensure a premium customer experience.
