Using a product is like taking a peek inside a company’s growth journey; one may find signs of dedication, long-held dreams — and room for improvement.

Tech entrepreneur Kate O’Neill once called iteration “the road to improvement,” considering it a process through which a company can discover what’s best for customers — and put it into action. And once organizations act on this knowledge, the opportunity for impact grows greater.

Three local companies — bet365, Duda and FirstBank — have taken great measures to amplify their influence, from rolling out new product integrations to embracing robust strategies. And while each one’s approach to impact may be different, the output is the same: a better experience for customers.

Read on to see how tech teams at these three companies have put in the effort to make products as impactful as possible.

What bet365 does: Headquartered in Stoke-on-Trent, United Kingdom, with a local office in Denver, bet365 offers in-play sports betting and sports live streaming through its online platform.

This is a critical step forward in our mission to provide digital marketing agencies and SaaS companies with the best possible e-commerce solution for building websites at scale.”

Banking on the cloud: In an interview with Built In, FirstBank team members spoke about the company’s cloud adoption strategy and how this has improved its product suite.

We wanted to do things in the cloud to help the company be more agile, have faster response times and offer new features and functionalities for customers,” explained Director of Infrastructure Tim Meyers. “These new best-of-breed banking applications that are cloud native — that’s the future.”
