Support design and execution of user-centered web and digital experiences. Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes; improve usability of content-heavy pages; conduct usability testing; follow brand and accessibility standards; collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams.

Provide front desk reception and hospitality, manage phone/email/mail, maintain supplies and ID/badge systems, support HR onboarding and volunteer programs, coordinate employee engagement and recognition, update SharePoint, and perform administrative duties.

Conduct HR compliance audits and ensure internal controls to manage legal and regulatory risk. Oversee Paycom/HRIS reporting, ACA and payroll reporting, respond to audits/surveys, pull and analyze HR metrics, support HRIS setup, prepare audit reports, and maintain confidentiality and compliance documentation.

Support, design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft-centric infrastructure across hybrid environments. Administer Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra ID, Intune, and networking. Implement identity, authentication, MFA/conditional access, scripting automation with PowerShell, system testing, documentation, and multi-site scalable solutions while evaluating emerging technologies.

Lead and manage Truth & Liberty's brand and creative output across digital, social, print, and video. Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns (including events and political initiatives), produce and edit copy and visual assets, oversee websites, analyze campaign performance, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure brand consistency while fostering team creativity.

Provide high-level administrative support alongside the Senior Executive Assistant, managing correspondence, travel and event logistics, calendar updates, expense reconciliation, file organization, vendor coordination, and special projects. Maintain office supplies, assist HR and media teams, update policies and reporting, and support scheduling for TV/GTN and speaking engagements while handling confidential information with discretion.

Provide confidential administrative support to the HR Director including filing, correspondence, meeting coordination, report preparation, scheduling, office supply inventory, travel arrangements, special projects, and policy implementation support.

Lead a team of configuration specialists for student systems and CRM, prioritize and assign work, collaborate with product and development teams, drive system integrations, use data and SCRUM to monitor product health, coordinate platform launch, training, and change management, and mentor team members.

Build and maintain high-performing marketing webpages and landing pages using WordPress, ClickFunnels, and Elementor. Implement tracking (UTMs, analytics, pixels), troubleshoot with HTML/CSS/JS, optimize UX, mobile responsiveness and conversions, collaborate with marketing/design teams, monitor performance, and document SOPs.

Manage strategy, optimization, and daily operations of multiple YouTube channels. Create and edit short-form vertical content, perform SEO and keyword research, optimize metadata and thumbnails, run organic and paid channel marketing, track performance metrics, maintain digital asset systems, enforce channel policies, and collaborate with content and marketing teams to grow engagement and conversions.

Create and edit Employee Hub articles and mass staff communications; interview staff; maintain intranet content and TV station databases; provide intranet and email support; attend cross-department meetings; update staff and product directories; back up supervisor and perform other assigned duties.

Configure and maintain business applications, automate workflows, gather stakeholder requirements, build reports and dashboards, run data queries from Airtable and SQL, support data migrations, and recommend process improvements to support academic, enrollment, and operational decisions while training users and applying AI responsibly.

Manage and execute GTN marketing and sales campaigns: build and maintain Monday.com workflows, coordinate cross-team stakeholders and vendors, track timelines, budgets, promotions (UTM/QR/coupons), report KPIs, facilitate meetings, maintain documentation, and improve automations and tools to ensure timely, on-strategy campaign delivery.

This is a general ministry application used to collect applicant information for future recruitment. It includes troubleshooting tips for submitting the online application, asks applicants to apply directly to posted positions, and directs questions to [email protected].

Manage and maintain ministry websites: update content, images, and media; test pages for quality and performance; upload files to CDN; build event registration pages; edit HTML; manage forms, permissions, and platform integrations; produce reports; and support operational registration and reporting tasks.

Provide accounting support for student payments and daily deposits: reconcile batches, process refunds, maintain student financial records in Charis and AWM systems, assist with audits, events, mail, and general office duties.

Provide confidential administrative support to the Executive Assistant to the COO, handling scheduling, correspondence, filing, meeting prep, travel arrangements, office supply and invoice tasks. Support the on-site restaurant by preparing food and beverages, greeting guests, operating a POS, bussing and stocking, and performing light lifting. Occasional evening/weekend work and on-site presence near Woodland Park, CO required.
