Founding product manager for a small Studio team that rapidly validates new business ideas through tight validation sprints, customer discovery, market and business analysis, and AI-assisted research. Produce evidence-backed go/no-go recommendations and package validated opportunities for handoff to product teams while shaping the Studio playbook and operating cadence.

Own strategy and execution for DraftKings Exchange operations: manage day-to-day trading and market monitoring, lead incident resolution with Engineering, onboard and support participants, analyze market data to improve integrity and efficiency, and drive cross-functional initiatives to scale prediction market capabilities and regulatory readiness.

Manage PLM/PIM systems and data (Centric, Pimberly), own product compliance (labeling, PFAS, CPSIA, CAFTA), execute EU Digital Product Passport requirements, run sustainability programs (certifications, RDS, Scope 3.1 data), and coordinate regulatory reporting and cross-functional stakeholders.
