Serve as primary relationship manager for airline clients and vendor couriers in baggage logistics. Embed with customers to design, build, and deploy GC AI integrations into legal workflows. Develop production-grade API/webhook integrations, troubleshoot deployments, create reference implementations and documentation, and feed product insights back to Engineering to improve the platform. Travel to customer sites up to 25% as needed.

The role involves meeting customers to understand integration requirements, building tailored solutions, conducting tests, and feedback to engineering. The focus is on integrating diverse systems using Python, SQL, and APIs.

Serve as SME for industrial-scale liquid cooling: lead design-to-deployment, commissioning, optimization, and lifecycle management of direct-to-chip, cold-plate, and immersion systems. Validate heat balance and fluid chemistry, manage valves/pumps/VFDs and P&ID-based hydraulics, define control logic and alarms with PLC/BMS teams, perform hydro-testing and flow balancing, lead RCA, and develop SOPs, MOPs, and training. Frequent site travel to support troubleshooting and operations.

Partner with the CPO and CTO to run R&D operations: lead operating cadence, OKR alignment, reporting/dashboards, budget governance, and cross-functional strategic initiatives. Own and close complex B2B SaaS deals in the US aerospace & defense vertical. Build and maintain a self-sourced pipeline, manage full sales cycle from discovery through negotiation and close, partner with pre-sales and customer success, capture field intelligence to inform product and GTM, and mentor junior AEs.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of commercial Account Executives to hit pipeline, forecast, and revenue targets. Run disciplined cadences (1:1s, deal reviews, pipeline inspections), improve pipeline hygiene, coach on discovery and close strategy, drive forecast accuracy, partner cross-functionally, hire and ramp reps, and build a high-performance, accountable sales culture.

Lead regulatory programs for DraftKings prediction markets, manage filings and investigations with the CFTC and other regulators, oversee reporting and compliance monitoring, partner with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks, advise on new products, and represent the company to regulators.

Build and maintain high-scale backend systems and APIs for a 24/7 sports betting platform. Deliver production-ready code, own services end-to-end, resolve production incidents, optimize performance, and mentor peers while collaborating with product and architecture teams.
