Develops managers and frontline teams while building AI-first automation across Shopify, Gorgias, Yuma, and related tools to scale service efficiently without sacrificing customer experience.

Lead post-sales software implementations for veterinary clinic customers by gathering requirements, configuring solutions, conducting training, resolving issues, and managing onboarding progress.
