Own marketing and partnerships operations infrastructure, including HubSpot workflows, lead routing, scoring, attribution, lifecycle management, campaign tracking, Salesforce integrations, and PartnerStack administration. Improve funnel efficiency, pipeline hygiene, lead conversion, and channel ROI through automation, reporting, forecasting, and data governance. Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, Customer Success, Business Systems, and Analytics teams to implement scalable revenue processes.

Supports the onboarding of new insurance agents by advancing contracts, tracking background checks and fingerprints, reviewing documentation, resolving data gaps, communicating status updates, and processing system-integration forms. Provides administrative support to the Managing Partner, including phone assistance, calendaring, and executive correspondence. Requires strong customer service, organization, communication, data-entry accuracy, Microsoft 365 proficiency, and discretion with sensitive information.

Owns AI opportunity intake, qualification, routing, and assignment operations. Manages CRM configuration, dashboards, KPI reporting, SLA tracking, data hygiene, audits, and lead-flow process improvements. Partners with business consultants, technical teams, revenue operations, and practice leaders to develop agentic workflow automation with human oversight. Routes qualified opportunities, resolves stalled or escalated leads, documents requirements, and uses performance data to improve routing accuracy, speed, and pipeline visibility.

Lead global calibration, measurement test equipment, and procurement processes across integrated laboratories.
