Lead aftersales performance across the Savannah district by partnering with dealership leadership to execute Customer Care & Aftersales initiatives, drive revenue and KPIs, analyze operations, develop business plans, resolve aftersales issues, and deliver data-driven improvements in service, parts, and customer experience. Role requires autonomy and frequent regional travel.

Partner with 2-3 R&D leaders to manage calendars, meetings, travel, events, and cross-functional projects. Drive coordination, capture action items, apply AI for research and programs, and build relationship and culture across the organization.

Lead a technical support engineering team handling escalation triage, on-call management, coaching, knowledge-base creation, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on case resolution for identity/security issues.

Lead strategy, execution, and growth of non-sports prediction markets (crypto, politics, finance, tech, culture). Own operational processes, launch and monitor markets at scale, optimize performance metrics (engagement, retention, volume, revenue), and partner cross-functionally to drive business outcomes using data-driven decisions and trend identification.

Provide administrative support for group term life benefits: enter and maintain enrollment and portfolio data, troubleshoot systems, research escalations, handle referrals, support projects, and participate in customer meetings to resolve issues and explain procedures.

Lead and scale IT service desk operations, manage onboarding/offboarding and asset lifecycle, drive process improvement and automation using PowerShell/Power Automate/APIs and AI tooling, own vendor relationships, and ensure SLA performance, documentation, and SOC 2–aligned security/compliance support.

Provide high-judgment executive support to the Chief AI and Autonomous Systems Officer and ELT members: manage complex calendars, global travel, briefing materials, stakeholder communications, action-item follow-up, onboarding support, and continuous process improvements to increase executive leverage.

Oversee financial reporting for clients in construction, manage teams, prepare budgets, and analyze financial data. Ensure quality and improve operational efficiencies.
