Build and lead Babylist’s customer support enablement program from the ground up. Own the knowledge base, SOPs, training, AI copilot workflows, and feedback systems supporting human and AI agents. Analyze support data to identify documentation gaps, improve chatbot coverage and resolution rates, increase copilot adoption, and reduce escalations. Partner cross-functionally with Customer Support, BizOps, Product, Analytics, and engineering-adjacent teams to establish scalable, AI-native support operations.

Serves as a key partner contact, aligns stakeholders, manages launch-readiness dependencies, and communicates data-driven recommendations. Requires strong quantitative modeling, testing, data integrity, and business planning skills.

Provides enterprise technology support through phone, ticketing, and potentially chat channels. Troubleshoots hardware, software, network, access, and application issues; manages incidents and escalations; documents resolutions in ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools; analyzes trends and operations data; supports knowledge management, training, process improvement, and automation; and coaches junior analysts while maintaining customer service, security, and confidentiality standards.

Provide high-volume, phone-based technical support and first-line resolution for hardware, software, networking and access issues. Maintains the Denver office kitchen, including coffee service, cleaning, stocking, inventory tracking, and food expiration monitoring. Supports catering preparation and cleanup, checks offices and meeting spaces for maintenance issues, tracks misrouted orders, organizes storage, and assists with office events. This is an in-office, part-time position requiring approximately 10–12 hours weekly, Monday through Thursday.

Owns Microsoft alliance operations across partner funding, Marketplace transactions, co-sell workflows, data quality, compliance, reporting, and executive business reviews. Coordinates Sales, Finance, Marketing, Deal Desk, and Microsoft stakeholders while improving processes, automation, funding utilization, transaction efficiency, and operational controls. Builds dashboards and translates partnership data into leadership insights. The role requires hands-on Microsoft partner ecosystem experience and strong analytical, organizational, communication, and commercial operations skills.

Own and improve Benefits Labs, an AI-powered system for intake, pilot governance, execution, measurement, evidence synthesis, and leadership recommendations. Build agents, automations, and workflows that scale operational change with minimal manual effort. Define success metrics, improve pilot quality, solve systemic process issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, influence decisions through data-driven narratives, coach Pilot Leads, and shape the future operating model for Benefits Labs.

Oversee financial reporting for clients in construction, manage teams, prepare budgets, and analyze financial data. Ensure quality and improve operational efficiencies.

Advises dealership parts and service leaders across Michigan and Ohio, driving revenue, KPI performance, customer care, and aftersales execution. Identifies operational needs involving inventory, warranty, customer experience, retention, training, and EV compliance. This field-based role requires frequent travel of at least 50% and residence or relocation within the assigned territory.
