Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and other departments to resolve technical issues and improve processes. Support internal customers, training, app testing, resource maintenance, and business-critical on-call coverage, including nights and weekends.

Provide front-line global IT support for ~2500 systems (primarily macOS), troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, manage hardware asset lifecycle, administer SaaS tools, support AV and video conferencing, run onboarding/new-hire IT training, create knowledge content, and escalate to systems/network teams as needed.

Supports clients and therapists through phone and live chat by troubleshooting billing and platform issues, explaining insurance benefits, educating users, and identifying root causes for Product teams. The role advocates for customers, resolves problems, meets conversation-volume metrics, and adapts to changing priorities in a fully remote startup environment.

Manage daily account activities for assigned fleets, including scheduling and processing repairs, estimating and auditing repair costs, coordinating vendor work, ensuring PM compliance, and following up on scheduled and unscheduled events to ensure timely, accurate invoicing and customer approvals.

Lead legal operations for Legal & Compliance: own systems, tools, and processes; implement and optimize AI-driven tech stack; manage budget, outside counsel relationships, metrics/OKRs, knowledge management, vendors, and day-to-day team operations; partner cross-functionally to drive efficiency and scale.
