Lead Cox Fleet process design, standardization, and continuous improvement across the business. Administers group insurance transactions for participants, plan sponsors, customers, and internal partners. Reviews and enters enrollment data, manages eligibility and beneficiary records, handles plan referrals, maintains automated systems, troubleshoots data issues, develops customer relationships, and researches escalated cases. The role also supports process improvements, explains procedures during customer interactions, and ensures accurate, timely service delivery.

Manage title order processing end-to-end: open orders, procure title search products, HOA documents and payoff demands, review executed closing files, prepare and submit recording documents, monitor recordings, resolve discrepancies, and upload final documents while maintaining regulatory and company compliance.

Lead the commissions function end-to-end: plan design, quota support, calculation and payout, CaptivateIQ administration, reporting, dispute resolution, and scaling processes and team to align incentives with company GTM and pricing evolution.

Provide advanced technical support for public-sector customers running mission-critical, highly regulated hybrid and multi-cloud workloads on Datadog. Troubleshoot complex issues across integrations, APIs, networking, cloud, and OS layers; handle escalations and incidents; mentor junior engineers; collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to validate bugs and drive adoption. Work in-office on a hybrid schedule and participate in on-call rotations.

Provide best-in-class travel support across chat, call, and email; manage hotel, flight, car and rail bookings; maintain supplier and system knowledge; resolve issues within SLA; advise on fares, ticketing, and compliance; provide feedback to product teams and meet performance metrics.
