Analyze support data to identify documentation gaps, improve chatbot coverage and resolution rates, increase copilot adoption, and reduce escalations. Partner cross-functionally with Customer Support, BizOps, Product, Analytics, and engineering-adjacent teams to establish scalable, AI-native support operations.

Develops revenue opportunities for the Lottery business by building financial cases, defining success metrics, coordinating cross-functional plans, and evaluating performance. Serves as a key partner contact, aligns stakeholders, manages launch-readiness dependencies, and communicates data-driven recommendations. Requires strong quantitative modeling, testing, data integrity, and business planning skills.

Lead and manage the ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM programs to ensure a single source of truth for assets and services. Oversee CMDB design, data quality, CSDM alignment, Discovery and Service Mapping, ITOM roadmap, reporting, governance, and stakeholder engagement. Manage cross-functional teams, enforce code standards, and drive continuous improvement to meet business and operational needs.

Maintains the Denver office kitchen, including coffee service, cleaning, stocking, inventory tracking, and food expiration monitoring. Define success metrics, improve pilot quality, solve systemic process issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, influence decisions through data-driven narratives, coach Pilot Leads, and shape the future operating model for Benefits Labs.
