Support daily administration, configuration, and optimization of the Salesforce platform. Provide high-touch executive support to the Chief Resilience Officer including complex calendar and travel management, meeting and event planning, stakeholder communication, project leadership, and confidential handling of sensitive information. Drive operational efficiencies, support executive initiatives and offsites, and use AI tools to streamline workflows and decision-making.
