The Sr. Manager of GTM Incentive Compensation at Klaviyo will lead design and management of incentive compensation programs across GTM functions, ensuring alignment with company objectives and operational integrity.

Build and mentor a small accounting team, modernize AP/AR/expense workflows using AI and automation, manage payroll/tax/treasury, and ensure U.S. GAAP compliance. Deliver timely financial insights and partner with Finance, People, Legal, and business leaders.

Prepare monthly accounting entries, FX translation, reconciliations, consolidated financial statements and investor reports. Manage cashflow, payments, tax, audit, treasury, internal controls, product costing and KPIs. Lead finance team, coordinate with local firms, support strategic planning and cost-savings initiatives.
