Contract (Per Trip) | Remote (South Florida, USA Preferred)
We are seeking an experienced Xpedition Leader to join our team on a contract, per-trip basis. The Xpedition Leader will be responsible for executing meticulously planned itineraries and ensuring the highest quality experience for our members. This is a hands-on role that involves leading expeditions, managing teams, and guaranteeing seamless coordination with local partners. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring member safety, satisfaction, and the smooth execution of every aspect of each journey.
ResponsibilitiesExecute the trip’s itinerary and programming according to the pre-planned run-of-show, ensuring every element runs smoothly and on schedule.
Guarantee overall member experience quality, proactively addressing any concerns or issues that arise during the expedition.
Lead and manage the expedition team, ensuring seamless teamwork and exceptional service delivery throughout the trip.
Coordinate with Destination Management Companies (DMCs) and local partners as needed to facilitate access and manage on-the-ground logistics.
Collaborate with trip physicians to handle any medical emergencies or evacuations, always prioritizing the safety and well-being of our members.
Oversee and manage the trip budget, balancing quality expectations with cost control to ensure a high-end experience while staying within the financial plan.
Travel extensively (up to 2-3 weeks per expedition), leading groups on unforgettable journeys in remote or exclusive destinations.
3+ years of experience leading ultra-luxury expeditions - Private jet trip highly preferred.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in high-pressure environments.
Strong understanding of luxury travel and high-net-worth clientele expectations.
Excellent crisis management and problem-solving skills, especially in remote or challenging locations.
Ability to travel extensively and work internationally for extended periods.
Strong communication skills and comfort working across multiple time zones.
Familiarity with destination logistics and the ability to handle last-minute changes efficiently.
Experience working with private aviation and international customs is advantageous.
Experience working with high-profile clientele or in ultra-luxury travel environments.
Knowledge of medical protocols and emergency response procedures in remote locations.
Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
Existing relationships with global luxury service providers.
Crisis management and emergency response training.
Certification in First Aid/CPR or related medical training.
Located in South Florida preferred, but not required.
